• All prices of flowers and gifts are in Malaysian Ringgit (prices in brackets are the approximate US Dollar equivalents). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please note that Malaysiaflower.com is wholly owned by Pods & Petals Giftlab (M) Sdn Bhd. Hence, all purchases are payable to "Pods & Petals Giftlab". 
   
• All our online payment transactions are powered by our Business Partner, iPay88 ePayment Gateway (provided
  by Mobile88.com Sdn. Bhd.)
   
• Orders will be confirmed and fulfilled only with full payment received, according to the actual value of the order.
   
• No cancellations are allowed on the day of delivery. Should there be a cancellation, the cost of the order will be forfeited and only 50% will be refunded provided that the order has not been executed.
   
• In the event that any flowers or products become unavailable at the time of production, Malaysiaflower.com reserves the right to substitute them with similar flowers or products of equal or greater value.
   
• Malaysiaflower.com will not accept responsibility for late or non delivery of the flowers or gifts in the following circumstances:
  
            * The recipient of the order made is not present at the address given and there is no one else p
               resent to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
  
            * The address is incorrect.
  
            * Recipient's telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.
   
• Malaysiaflower.com will make at least 2 attempts to contact the recipient. In the event that the recipient is not at the address given without the knowledge of the customer, or of there is any other reason for non delivery for which Malaysiaflower.com is not liable, Malaysiaflower.com will enter into correspondence with the customer. For a pre-stated fee, Malaysiaflower.com will arrange to have the order delivered at a later date.
   
• In case of eventual non delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of the product and the costs involved.
   
• Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund can be made.
   
• In all cases, Malaysiaflower.com will try their best to deliver according to the requested time. However, in rare cases of late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, Malaysiaflower.com will not be liable for any claims arising out of such situations.
   
• Non delivery due to reasons such as natural disasters, acts of God, violent/warlike situations and/or other reasons beyond our control will not be considered as a violation of agreement.
