products and service that is offered. As such, we
commit ourselves to the following:
- All flowers, fruits, chocolates and cakes are
monitored for quality and we guarantee that they leave
our premise in fresh and good condition. Because these
products are sensitive to changes in temperature and
moisture we advise that you keep the products in a
cool place. Flowers require constant watering to avoid
dehydration. Please understand that there are some
flowers that are more perishable than others.
- If despite the care we have taken, the flowers
delivered are not fresh, Malaysiaflower.com will
deliver another bouquet of equivalent value at no
charge. Malaysiaflower.com will also replace any gift
that is faulty at no charge. However, this is provided
the negligence is by Malaysiaflower.com and that we
receive the complaint in less than 24 hours. No
refunds will be entertained in any circumstances after
the stipulated time.
- Malaysiaflower.com shall undertake to deliver the
flowers and/or gifts ordered within a reasonable
period of the stipulated time frame barring unforeseen
circumstances. Please note that during festive seasons
(e.g Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Hari Raya,
Deepavali, Christmas, Chinese New Year etc). where
there is an unusually greater demand for delivery, we
will try to accommodate your timing requests as
practically possible. We will usually schedule our
customer’s delivery on a first come first serve basis.
We advise that order is made at least 1-2 weeks in
advance should you have a specific date on your
delivery. Malaysiaflower.com eserves the rights to
bring forward or backward the delivery time and date
under certain uncontrollable circumstances.
- Although extensive care is taken in processing all
online orders, there are still some possibilities
beyond our control whereby an order could be
overlooked. Therefore, we always suggest our urgent
customers to make their orders by phone to avoid any
form of inconvenience. Call our hotline at 603 7960 7327 / 03-7960 7327 and quote your order ID to our
customer service and we will have it arranged for
immediate delivery. Should Malaysiaflower.com not be
able to deliver the flowers and /or gifts due to any
human error on our part, the customer shall be
entitled to a complimentary bouquet which shall be
delivered without charge and upon request to anyone
that the customer designates.
- Flowers, cakes, balloons and fruits within Klang
Valley will be handled by our Main Center, Pods &
Petals Giftlab (M) Sdn Bhd. For deliveries out of
Klang Valley but within Malaysia, the gift will be
prepared by our associates in the respective State to
ensure freshness. Our associates will endeavor to
follow as closely as possible on the design and
packaging of the gift but Malaysiaflower.com reserves
the rights not to guarantee that the item will be
exactly the same as shown in the catalog or boutique.
Reason being that some seasonal flowers may not be
available at the time of ordering and they will be
substituted with similar valued flowers.
- For hamper and non-flower gift delivery out of the
Klang Valley, delivery will be done via courier
services. Every attempt will be made to coordinate the
dates of delivery with the courier service company.
During festive period where there is an unusually high
demand for delivery, the delivery date will be
subjected to the time & delivery schedule of the
courier services which may be beyond our control. All
courier delivery services will be subjected to the
terms and conditions as provided by the courier
service company.
- Certain flowers, baskets and floral accessories
may contain dyes and mild chemicals.
Malaysiaflower.com strongly advises that reasonable
care is taken on the part of the customer / recipient
in handling the items. Malaysiaflower.com shall not be
liable for any loss or damage that arises from the
mishandling of the items.

provided to us will be respected as privileged
information and shall remain absolutely confidential.
- All transactions records are removed from the
server and kept offline in a secure place.
- All transaction information will be used solely
for the purpose of the purchase and to enhance the
service provided to our customer.
- No information pertaining to any customer will be
sold, given or revealed to any third party without the
prior consent of that customer.

identity of the customer to the recipient if so
requested, without the express consent of the
