Delivery time for Flowers :

• Orders received before 12:00 PM (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), can be delivered the same day.
   
• Orders received after 12:00 PM (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), will be delivered the following day earliest. For urgent delivery, kindly contact our Customer Service at 03-7955 7555 / 03-7960 7327
   
• Orders received after 12:00 PM on Saturdays will be delivered on the upcoming Monday.
   
• Special arrangements have to be made with us to accommodate orders for deliveries on Public Holidays and / or Sundays. Otherwise, orders scheduled for delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays may be made on the next working day.
   
• For Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other special dates where flowers traditionally are in big demand, please submit your order at least five days in advance to guarantee the availability of stocks. If you require delivery over the weekend, midnight delivery or special arrangements, or if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at malaysiaflower.com.

Delivery time for Gifts :

• All delivery within Klang Valley for non-flower gifts will be delivered from our Main Center and will follow the above schedule. For other States and East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak), the non-flower gifts will be delivered by our reputable courier service company.
   
• The approximate shipping time for gifts will be between 2 to 5 days depending on the area of delivery.

Delivery Schedule for International Delivery :

• Flower Delivery to other countries can be made on same day provided the same country is of similar time zone with Malaysia. Otherwise, please provide at least 1 day notice for delivery.
   
• Non-flower Gifts’ Delivery to other countries will be made via courier and may take approximately 3 to 8 days depending on the destination.
