Terms & Conditions 

1. All flowers, cakes and fruits can be delivered on the same day for order made before 12pm on any working day. For non-flower gift where delivery will be made via a reputable courier company, 2-3 days notice are required.
2. In the event that any flowers or products become unavailable at the time of production, Malaysiaflower.com reserves the right to substitute them with similar flowers or products of equal or greater value.
3. Cancellation of orders 48 hours or less prior to delivery will be subjected to 50% cancellation fee.
4. We will endeavor to deliver our gift on the date required or we will notify you if we cannot fulfill your order. Deliveries on weekends, public holidays or during festive period should be made at least 24 hours earlier and before 12 noon.
5. Deliveries to Klang Valley will be made free of charge. Deliveries outside of Klang Valley will be charged according to area.
6. Orders to other states outside Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan are subject to confirmation.
7. All re-directed orders will be charged a surcharge of RM10.
8. Deliveries will be made as soon as possible to the address stated and handed over to the recipient if the recipient is available. In the event that the recipient is unavailable, attempts will be made to deliver to a relative,friend, neighbour,or colleague who knows the recipient and will accept the order on their behalf and sign a Delivery order.
9. We guarantee that every transaction you make at malaysiaflower.com will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at malaysiaflower.com
10. Malaysiaflower.com guarantees that any information provided to us will be respected as privileged information and shall remain absolutely confidential.
11. All credit card charges will be reflected in your credit card statement as payable to "iPay88 ePayment Gateway" provided by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd.
12. For cheque payment, please make cheque payable to "Pods & Petals Giftlab(M) Sdn Bhd".
